We get a tip-off from a friend. We are standing in a hot canteen in Berlin, nervously ordering Riesling in awkward German. We are invited to join Jeremy at his table. By the end of the night we’re in the midst of a Thriller dance-off, sweating, laughing. We’re infected, we’ve got the SMC bug. How could we bring all this joy to Bristol? Our friends are producing a festival. We invite more friends to join us in a living room to prepare. Filmic magic in mirrors, singing with wine glasses, a silly photoshoot out in the dark streets. A month later we gather with 60 strangers. One year later we do it again. Jen tells us it’s like being part of a tribe. She’s got the bug too. We train in Jen’s living room. We train with brand new Bristolians. We train in an empty rehearsal room in a theatre, at a music festival. We’ve got so much more for you Bristol. Come and train with us.
